Cancelation Policy

Appointments are to be paid in full upon booking. Appointments can be cancelled/rescheduled up to 24 hours prior to appointment time for full refund back to original card used at booking. Same day cancellations of an appointment will result in $40.00 of original payment being non-refundable. No call, no shows of appointments will result in being charged 100% of scheduled appointment price (fees paid at booking would be non-refundable). Same day reschedule attempts require you to call/text therapist and you will be granted a one time appointment reschedule with the same booking/appointment; any additional reschedules to same booking/appointment would require you to book a new session appointment and forfeit of previous paid booking fee. Any fraudulent chargebacks will result in all existing scheduled appointments to be cancelled and any future bookings of appointments to be declined.
